Retreat in Goa 2023

I am blessed to do this retreat and would love to share ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is science of life and vitality (Prana). Through Ayurveda knowledge we can balance the imbalances or Doshas in the body to achieve vibrant physical, mental and emotional health and success in life.

Morning sea side walk, Yoga by the sea followed by lovely home made breakfast. Then a dip in the warm waters of Indian ocean.

South Goa has lot to offer. In afternoons, exploring Goa, tour to local village, walking through the high street all are unique and wonderful stuff to do.

You can learn to cook sumptuous Goan meal by local cooking class. Lovely family runs cooking class at their place.

Every evening we will do yoga class followed by sunset walk by the beach followed by dinner and some kirtan- chanting and winding up the day by gentle yoga nidr.

Olga will be leading Kirtan. All would be deeply nourishing.
